Delivery Policy

After completing your order, you will be contacted by phone or email by a representative from www.bioconstruct.ro. The ordered products will be confirmed, any changes in items or quantities will be discussed, and payment options and shipping costs will be explained. This will only be done if there are uncertainties or discrepancies in your order (shipping fees, out-of-stock products).

ATTENTION! Exception to this rule applies to very large and heavy packages (Microcement Systems), where the shipping cost will be communicated by a representative from www.bioconstruct.ro.

Delivery of the ordered products from Bioconstruct warehouses is made within a maximum of 48 hours from order validation. For any eventuality, please check the list of localities covered by courier companies.

If desired, you can request the representative from www.bioconstruct.ro to send you the tracking number via email.

Note: For products paid via bank transfer or payment order, the delivery time is counted from the moment the funds are received in the www.bioconstruct.ro account.

Orders can also be paid online with a bank card (Visa / Mastercard) through the payment processor Netopia Payments.

Return Policy

Products sold by SC QuickSilver Arsk Building SRL through the online store www.bioconstruct.ro can be returned within a maximum of 14 days from receipt by the customer – individual person.

Returns are accepted based on the invoice / receipt.

The individual customer may return the products to the seller. This applies only to products that meet all the following conditions: products in their original packaging, undamaged products, properly stored products, standard uncolored products, products not made to special order, products with no signs of use or wear, no scratches or impacts, with all labels, certificates, and included accessories.

For products in buckets, cans, bags, bottles, tubes, or containers, returns are not accepted if the packaging has been opened.

Returned products, in their original packaging and meeting the above conditions, must be returned via courier / transporter. Shipping costs for returning products are borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that products reach the seller in the above-mentioned conditions. Products damaged during transport and not complying with these conditions are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after submitting the return form and receiving the products, but no later than 14 calendar days.
